---------------------------
This has been such a FUN project! I love to try and challenge myself in new ways, I don't want my writing to ever get in a rut, and this project allowed me to write in a way I never had before. Ever After High is, officially, the superest super secret project I've ever worked on. I had to sign a non-disclosure agreement and only refer to it by a code name, which only added to the fun. I'll have much more to tell you about this book before it releases October 8. In the meantime, check out the Ever After High website. The "Apple's Tale" and "Raven's Tale" videos both have scenes that are also in the book. If you watch the webisodes, imagine them merging with one of my novels, and you'll get a sense of what the book is like. See also this article by Publisher's Weekly.
YAY!!! Congratulations! I'm so excited for you!

So exciting! The website doesn't seem to be working, (your link or the one in the PW article) but I'll be checking back on it!

I'm so excited! You're coming out with so many new stories soon. I hope Ever After High can do for new readers what tie-ins American Girl did for me when I was that age.

What a great idea! I have a niece who is a reluctant reader but I think this would be just up her alley.

I was just curious, have you considered adapting another fairytale? I'm not asking specifics like which one, or trying to pressure you if you're not, but it would be amazing news because I absolutely love to read fairytale adaptations, and I LOVE what you've done with The Goose Girl and Maid Maleen. :D
